Steve is a senior partner and operator with 15 years in third-party risk, cybersecurity, and compliance. His approach treats third party risk management as a business asset focused on business risk and outsourcing efficiency. He builds TPRM governance and day to day operations and works shoulder to shoulder with executives and operational leaders so outcomes reflect each organization’s priorities, constraints, and stage of growth.
